Lau Fau Shan, in Hong Kong, as long been famous for its seafood. You could find a lot of comments, feedback on web. But let me today just introduce you some special thing a tourist would be interested in.
那邊有個市集, 其實是一條巷仔, 沿路有許多食海鮮的店, 乾貨店等。
There is a market, which has a lot of seafood restaurant and sea-products shop.

乾貨店, 有不同的醬油, 花膠之類的東西賣。
this shop is selling different kinds of dried sea food. They are good for cooking and some are great for soup making.

而於海鮮好不好吃, 我覺得是不錯的, 當然我沒有吃過所有的店, 有機會多吃幾家以後而跟大家分享。內地的朋友, 逛得太多商場的話, 去去這些地方, 你可以感受到香港的另一面, 且是獨有的一面, 不一定是金碧輝煌的地方才值得去。去旅行除了購物, 不就是想放鬆心情, 感受和認識不同地方的習俗文化嗎?
This is definately a special place of Hong Kong, to see how people in the fishery industry live. I guess the HK tourism board could advertise more about these special side of Hong Kong. Moreover, the HK citizen should treasure the things we have and preserve them to maintain a sustainable development of Hong Kong.
